The GC-950N gas chromatograph is a specialized gas chromatograph for coal mining systems designed and manufactured by Shanghai Haixin Chromatography Instrument Co., Ltd. based on extensive consultation with experts in coal mining systems and the actual requirements of coal mining systems. Dual FID can independently measure H2, O2, N2, and CO in different channels CO2, As a result, the measurement time is greatly shortened, and the complete analysis of components can be completed within 5 minutes. The use of a four channel workstation improves the scalability of the instrument, thereby meeting the requirements of coal mining systems in terms of detection sensitivity, chromatographic peak separation, and quantitative accuracy.

The determination of CO, CO2, and hydrocarbons adopts a time-sharing injection method, which avoids the insufficient detection concentration that cannot meet the safety requirements of coal mines caused by split injection. At the same time, by controlling the injection time, the total analysis time can be shortened, reducing the workload of analysts.
